Morning about 10am, mummy and i went to our indian neighbour's house as they invited us to celebrate "Navratri Festival" - traditional festive popular in India. Today is the last day of celebration.
Navratri Festival, or 'The Festival of Nine Nights', is celebrated during the first nine days of the Hindu month of Ashvin (September-October).
Their house filled with indian gods, dolls and they also draw traditional designs or rangolis (patterns made on the floor by using various coloured powders and flowers) and light lamps. I was curious and step on the floor. Also it is their traditional to give something to the guests as a gesture of thanks for coming. Mummy chated with the neighbour for a while and went home for my bath and lunch.
Afternoon, we met aunt esther at coffeeclub@ harbourfront. They had a great time chatting whilst i sit on a high chair playing with whatever mummy brought (my fav. wacky fork, teether, book, mini flash cards) to distract me. Tired on the way back home and slept from 5:30pm-7pm. Daddy had to wake me up as i haven't had my dinner.
