Played with mummy's shower cap and coat's fur and treat it as a hat. Needless to say, hurry to look at the mirror.

pronounce "giraffe" clearly

I am able to say "giraffe" more clearly as previously kept saying "daff" but elephant...I kept changing the pronounciation...was "air-ke", "air-phen" now "edward" -- my dad's name! Mummy had to keep correcting me.


I am quite attentive at class today though still trying to climb on the table to dance. I kept smiling to sensei and she said I am now more open to let her hug and carry while mummy went to washroom. Previously, protest against it and kept clinging on mummy and cried. Hence, mummy still hesitant to send me to childcare which daddy brought up this subject just yesterday!

We met daddy at Lucky Plaza for their favourite duck noodle and shop at Robinsons @Centrepoint after class. They bought me additional playdough accessories since I like to play with it.

counting 一 到 十 / lift waiting for daddy

Mummy heard me counting chinese 1 - 10 today (一， 二， 三。。。。十).

And today I am able to count the dolphins painting at our next block. Whenever I pass by the block, I will say "dolphin" excitedly (though my pronouciation for dolphin still not clear). There are 3 dophins and mummy will keep asking me "how many dolphins are there?" and mummy will say counting is fun...and points and say 1, 2, 3.

I surprised mummy today and say 1, 2, 3 when she pointed at each dophin. Daddy also entertained me by taking out the coins and I will put each coin in his pocket and count as the class teaches counting too!

Mummy will try many ways to make counting fun. For eg. I like to play playdough now and mummy will make many small balls and put it back into the container and ask me to count.

playdates @naomi's place / scribble

Now I get the point as whenever I want a pen, I will say paper as well as mummy keeps emphasize to write/scribble on paper only.


Playdates at sis Naomi's place (aunt Shirley) with lil sis kana and aunt Eileen at 4pm till almost 6pm. I behaved well and confirmed I don't like to watch Hi5. Mummy knows me well that certain kid programmes I will not really like it especially if it talks too much or involve more adults than kids in the show. Hence, barney, sesame street are out for me at the moment. I am currently hooked on baby einstein video series and signing times.

stacking / motor-skills

I like to stack anything even stools at Ikea till mummy had to stop me ....faintz!

Daddy tickled me



Overall my motor-skills / language understanding I've acquired (which mum & dad noticed lately) :

1) Bath time : whenever I feel I have finished bathing, I will sign and say "done" even though they have not finished bathing me and have to quickly bath me else I will make noise!
Me difficult kid, right?

2) After bath, when dressing me and I feel hot, I will say "fan".....mummy faintz instead! ha! ha! and switch on the fan.

3) While dressing, like to play with the sliding windows as the bed is next to it.

hooked on playdough / upgrade toothbrush

Mummy has changed or upgrade my toothbrush to the soft brushes type - previously was the gum-type toothbrush. I refused to open my mouth initially as I was not used to it but I am begining to like it. Mummy has lost count of how many teeth I have currently.

And now my favourite past time hobby is playing with playdough. I will bring the playdough bag to mummy and say "play" or "flower" - referring to the noodle cutter.

"thank-you" (video) / expressions story

Naughty mummy made-up a story based on my expressions....here it goes :

1) You looking at me?

2) Yes or no ? You know what will happen for staring incident?

3) Show you my power fist punch ah!

4) Mummy came along and I immediately turned into a pitiful, shy, innocent girl.

The truth : mummy asked me to sign, can't remember is for cat or doll signing hence my hand gesture.

After the class, we shop around at Marina Square with Aunt Gina and bro. Ryan at Kiddy Palace while waiting for daddy.

When daddy went to buy dinner for mummy @Food Court, I said "thank-you" twice after playing with my empty milk dispenser and the portable video camera when I hand-over it to mummy. Mummy is pleased to hear that as she had been practising with me for quite some time. And when mummy rewind back the video camera, I have by accident recorded this "thank-you" scene as I like to play with the record button.

Mummy said my "thank-you" voice is so sweet! ---- melt her heart ;)
