waterplay @Vivo

Another exciting day for me .....waterplay @Vivo with sis Kana & aunt eileen again....hee! hee!
As usual, we set off at 10:30am and on the way, it was raining heavily. We walked around the giant supermarket before proceed to have their early lunch @Food Republic. Aunt May joined us later.

When mummy about to get me down from the highchair and to her astonishment, my short was all wet and shirt too. Mummy realised it was because I was wearing the swimming diaper for intention to play water once we reached Vivo and surprised it leaked! Oh dear! Mummy quickly changed to a clean shirt and short she has brought and hence I was half-naked when it was time to play with water. It was a scorching day and I didn't play much, just walked around. I was amazed sis Kana don't mind the hot weather and have a lot of fun playing with water. Aunt eileen's helper tried to lure me to play with water and she almost slipped! Oops!

Still prefers to lie comfortably in my stroller :)

Fidgets and new discovery of playground

We set off to Fidgets at 10:30am with (of course) my buddy sis Kana and aunt eileen. It was pretty quiet over there probably it was Monday, unlike the other time was so crowded!

We played till about 1:30am and nap from 1:45am - 3:45am. In between, they had lunch and shopped around the shopping area before heading to a coffee house for a drink.
To mummy's surprise, this cosy coffee house provides a good playground and a hidden big area with foam mat and trampoline and mini-rock climbing! Sis Kana and me woke up and they let us played for a short while. I had fun with the trampoline (my 1st time!).

It was a new discovery with lotsa of fun play which added to my choices :)

Mummy dressed me up newly bought dress and off we go to Sim Lim Square to buy a laptop as the current laptop LCD screen not working well. They browsed around on the newly opened Iluma shopping centre next to Bugis Junction while I was sleeping before heading back home for my dinner.

As usual, mummy had to wake me up for my class as lately my nap time has changed and nap longer now (3 - 4 hrs!). Hee! hee! I'm attentive at class and when comes to my favourite ABC song, I immediately stood on the table and do like a "catwalk" style and the teacher and Dylan's grandma had a good laugh.

After the class, we went to Marina Square to meet daddy.

@kiddy palace, I picked up a hat and said "mirror" and mummy brought me to the dressing room to view how supervain I am ;)

Ikea! Ikea! here i am!

Morning at Ikea, evening still at Ikea! OMG! This is truly my 2nd house eh? So convenient...just pop down within 5 mins and here I am! Weather been soooooo humid, mum can't stand the heat and just conveniently brought me down to play anytime!

After dinner at Ikea, went to Anchorpoint for coffee-break. The coffee lady gave me a biscuit and I shared with dad. "oh, so sweet my girl!" dad said and happily ate a small bite.

We had an outing to Vivo this morning at 10:30am with my buddy, Kana & aunt eileen till almost 5pm. I slept from 1-4pm there after an exciting play with water.



I can now self-drink from my cup as I know how to control the water flow towards my mouth (previously just let it spill over my shirt), though spillage is still inevitable but lesser.

Mummy is glad I am beginning to learn to be independent and she hope I know how to use potty out of a sudden, just like self-feeding ;)

Sick (17-21 Apr)

17 Apr (Fri)

I slept from 11am till almost 3pm and mummy had to wake me up for my class. Today is the 1st day of the new term. Towards the end of the class, I was cranky, crying and aunt serena (mum of sis hannah, my classmate) asked whether I was not feeling well? True enough, I have a fever that night and no wonder I was quite lethargic. Mummy fed me 5ml paracetomol to sleep.

18 Apr (Sat)

I still have fever and appetite wasn't good. At times, I cried and cried and wanted to be carry.


19 Apr (Sun)

My fever had subsided but was quite cranky and didn't eat much or drink. They had prepared to bring me to see doctor but when I was outside, I seem to be ok. Mummy thought it was the weather that was unbearable these few days. Daddy suggested to go Vivo for a walk. I played with water for the 2nd time. But when reached home, cried and cried! Later, daddy suspected might be my tummy pain as heard me fart...hee! hee! So he quickly rubbed "ruyi oil" on my tummy and fed me gripewater.

20 Apr (Mon)

Finally, I am ok and able to eat well and want more to replenish it back. Ha! Ha! Daddy had to take leave to care me as mummy wasn't feeling well.

recite A-Z / colors recognition

@Ikea, reciting A-Z (mummy managed to record on alphabet D onwards), missed 2 or 3 alphabets though ;)

Laughing happily when I saw a smiley face picture

I am now able to recognise color better than before - white, black, red, yellow, red, purple, green, blue as well as able to translate in Chinese. Mummy noticed my Mandarin speaking has improved a lot now.

buckle safety belt

My interest are forever changing....now I am hook on belting up the safety belt on high chair, push trolley with belt, my "ergo carrier", my stroller.

This highchair is so versatile....can convert to rocking mode, still mode, as a highchair and also a low chair. See what my hands were doing? Trying to buckle up the safety belt while watching video.

For the 1st time, I pet and brush a black rabbit at the pet shop @Anchorpoint this afternoon. So far I have pet our cat, Rascal and a neighbourhood dog.

improvement : walk up & down the stairs

Hooray! I am able to walk up & down the stairs without aid but only on steps which are lower and wider ;).

Mummy cut my hair today. Looks nerdy, right?

play with water / draw "circle" shape

Afternoon, I asked for a crayon and tried to draw a circle shape or in fact I wanted to draw a smiley sun which I am attracted to it. You see, whenever I am at @Ikea, I will ask for a pencil and paper and mummy will held my hand to draw a smiley sun and I will laugh happily. I even mistook a smiling face as a sun as most of the time, I see a sun picture with a smiling face on it ;)

Mummy took these pictures which look like a "circle" shape I have managed to draw today for remembrance sake.



For the 1st time, I played with water! I was afraid of water in the past even when I stepped on wet floor on my bare foot, I will make noise and freeze! So when they brought me to play on the open area @Vivo this evening, I was so excited! I slowly walked towards the water, let it splashed on me a little but was pulled back as they didn't bring extra cloth for me to change and mummy forgot to bring along the Vado hence no video captured on it :(

Mummy ordered coffee ice-cream @Ben & Jerry but I was more interested on sitting on the cow.
