roseola rash

Hainz......just when i recovered from my fever, i got roseola rash. No wonder i am quite cranky yesterday. I got rashes on my face and body. Mummy again no mood to blog.

Daddy said it is quite common to have rash after fever. There is no medication as it will go away within days or week. "oh dear, chinese new year is coming...."

i'm ok! / playground

Hurray! My fever is gone though still have a little bit of diarrhoea. And also i regained my appetite a little but still weak as didn't want to walk for long and wanna be carried.

@playground, mummy sang the CNY song and i shake my bum a little and do the "gong xi gong xi" signing again. Daddy had a good laugh when saw the video.

But during the class, i was cranky in the begining as i am tired. Mummy had to give me pacifier and carried me in order not to disturb my classmates.

After the class, i slept for about an hour on the stroller till daddy was here to meet us @marina square.

Mummy think i am hook on taking paracetomol through syringe and daddy said maybe it tastes sweet and maybe i know if i "guai guai" take the medication, i will get better. Whenever mummy fed me the medication, i automatically open my mouth. Today, i am feeling better though still legarthic and no appetite to eat my lunch and dinner. Throughout the day, i drank milk only and still have a bit of diarrhoea.

I couldn't sleep at about 9:30pm as i am feeling better and wanna play. Daddy kept me company and played with me in the living room till about 11:30pm.

Pictures taken below doesn't look like i am sick, right? There is a trick on it.....mummy asked me to smile and i did and mummy quickly took the chance to take pictures of me and some are natural as in naturally vain! I looked at the mirror and cheekily smiled at myself and mummy just click click .....

Poor daddy.....didn't have much sleep in the morning as he kept sponging me every 1-2 hrs between 12 - 7 am! As my fever did not subside by then, daddy took an urgent leave to help mummy to take care of me. While daddy out for breakfast, i woke up and to mummy's surprise, i willingly drank 5ml of paracetomol through syringe! Previously, mummy had to trick me by mixing with fruit puree, yoghurt or milk. After that, mummy switched on my current favourite baby einstein video. Afternoon, mummy took turn to take care of me while daddy had a good sleep.

i can say more accurately on chinese "my family" book and daddy is amused i pronounce "heart" with an "ang moh" style slang.

I've a slight fever today (on & off) and felt lethargic. I also have diarrhoea for the past 2 days. Hence mummy don't have the mood to do blogging today.

I'm begining to like to watch Baby Einstein videos which previously i will walk away. But not all baby einstein videos i like, only selectives. The most interest me is the "Neighbourhood Animals". Whenever mummy switch on the video, i will said frog as it is the 1st part that show 2 puppet frogs jumping up. Today i managed to say "otter" clearly.

no. 13 / "gong xi gong xi"signing

While at the lift, i looked at the numbers and mummy was surprised i can said no. 13. I can now said 1-10 though no. 1 & 10 are still not so clear. Mummy & daddy noticed lately my vocabulary has increased pretty fast. Now whenever passed by my next block where there is an art-paintings of fishes, shark, turtle along the kindergarden school by PAP, i will look at it with interest and try to say it -- dolphin, shark, turtle, fish which mummy will point at each type of sea animals to me. Mummy is impressed with the paintings that it still can maintain so good for so many years since 2002 (the artist signed and dated that year) without much vandalism. Daddy said it uses a special type of paints for the wall.

As Chinese New Year is approaching, mummy taught me the "gong xi gong xi" signing.

minature cooking utensils

Finally daddy bought me the minature cooking pots and utensils from Ikea after mummy raved much that i played with it at Ikea almost everyday and it selling fast and just replenished the stocks. While playing with it, i said "cook" as if i know how..hee! hee!
