1st time up & closer to watch birds as usually I will sit on the stroller. I enjoyed watching birds though the stench of smell was strong. Mum wiped my hands immediately for hygiene purpose though I did not touch the cage or the birds.

recite poem & doing split @32th mth old

Today, I'm 32th month old! Counting down to 3.....

Today is Chinese lesson. Every term, there will be a poem to recite. 1 of my classmates offered to recite infront of us when teacher asked. When it was my turn, I shy away and sat on mummy's lap. Mummy encouraged me to recite while holding the card and I did! This is a milestone! Mum wants to build up my confidence as I'm typically a shy girl. As she didn't expect me to read aloud, hence didn't video on the 1st take. Mum re-take again when the class ended + my classmates stayed back to do paper-cutting as they were late.

Doing split at Suntec, Wang coffee store. Mum thinks I will like to go gym class if there is any when I go nursery next year. I like to stand on my head too with help from mum. "Shhh....dad doesn't know about it. He thinks it is a dangerous act."

Mum begins to like my natural curly hair as previously she found it messy and prefers me to have straight hair. Does my hair-style looks like in the 60's (复古发型)?

I like to invent my own "apple song" to many...even to the extent to sing "shit song"!
Yesterday, when mum cleared my pooed, I sung "I have a shit, you have 2....I eat 1 shit....."
"Oh gosh! So gross!" mum said and told me this can't be eaten! and I giggled ;)

Today, when rascal walked pass me, I sung "I have a cat, you have 2, .....I eat 1 cat ????"
"peng san!" mum said.

mischievous look & laugh

I'm getting more & more mischievous and like to "argue" with mum in a cheeky manner. Mum wondered where did I learn it from? Mum recalled according to old folk's tales, I will be a talkative or like to "argue" based on my lip's shape and there are 2 vertical lines in between my lips & nose. Not sure if it is true as time will tell......:))

Mum finds my laughter infectious. She cherish the moments we are together as I've grown much now and this is the age where we (kids) are more adorable, fun to play with :).

lil rambo?

Today is Jap lesson and the theme is "Jap. dance". We wore the headband, held a flapper with the jap. song on the background. We sat down rather than standing -- more comfy :)

Do I look like a jap. girl or "rambo"?? Ha! ha! I was more curious with the "rattle" or flapper?

compose song

I've love "apple song" and begun to compose my own wordings. This song is good for mathematics.

Few days ago, while holding my favourite 2 soft cows, facing the wardrobe mirror and sung :

"I have a cow, you have 2, .....blah blah.... I ate 1 cow .....blah blah blah.........and sung the last sentence "and I have 1" as I hold 1 soft cow instead of the original song "and you still have 2".

Today, at Ikea for dinner......dad took 3 toothpicks knowing I will ask for 1 and begun to sing my own song : "I've a stick, you have 2". Then, daddy gave me 2 toothpicks, altogether I were holding 3 "sticks" and I knew my maths ok...and begun singing "i ate 3 sticks (added sound effect some more! "yum yum yum") ! Both dad n mum burst into laughter!

My 1st hair cut on the back

I've not cut my hair since I was 1 month old! I mean my back hair. Mum is my only "hairstylist" and cut my fringe. Now my hair has grown to my waist line if straightened out as I've natural curls on the back.

They brought me to the neighbourhood hair-salon on last sun (28/2) thinking I am a big girl now and will not be afraid of cutting hair. Big mistake! I cried before I sat on the chair and they gave up.

Today, mum decided to be my full-time hair-stylist. She took the opportunity while I sat on the bathtub and my hair was wet and she just snipped! That's it! Mum thought it doesn't matter whether my hair on equal length or not since it will curl anyway. Ha! ha! True enough....it just curl after my noon nap. Many strangers even Caucasians praised I have nice curly hair :) This has to thank .....NO.....not from mum, from Dad! Surprised eh? Dad has natural curl when young.
