5-1 booster jab

Today was my last 5-1 booster jab and also the last jab for all compulsory jabs till I am primary 1.

Daddy took leave to accompany us to KKH at 11am appointment. When the PD wants to measure my head circumference, I was cranky throughout and kept kicking, crying and no choice, daddy had to held me tight and mummy held my hands while the PD jab on my thigh and I gave a loud scream.

My height is 81.5cm and weighs 11.2kg which is 75% percentile of both my height and weight.
Mummy asked the PD should my current meal added with salt, sauce or others to add flavour as daddy is concern that I sweat and will loose sodium and to add salt to replenish sodium. PD gave a negative (-) answer as milk contains sodium so no need to add since I can eat with natural flavour till recommended about 2 years of age. In fact, PD said we, adults shouldn't add any salt or others as it is just adding flavour to our meals. Mummy agreed since I still do not fuss about my current meal without any sauce or salt, I should stick to it. And mummy concerned about my chewing as saw other toddlers of my age can chew well with fruits and hard biscuits and PD said shouldn't be concern so long as I can eat normal meal rather than not eating, this is fine. PD said not chewing well will not affect the speech as mummy heard that chewing will help in speech. At least both doubts are cleared and mum & dad are happy to hear I am progressing and grow well too.

Mummy went for a massage in the afternoon as her shoulders still ache. "Sorry, mum!" but mummy loves massage as it feels good. When mummy was back, i ran towards her and point to the puzzles box and to her surprise, I can put 3 out of 4 pieces of cat picture puzzles by myself as usually need a little help on mummy. I am beginging to know how it works.

Nothing special on Vday today as daddy is not the romantic type....sigh!
While i was playing on the bed, I looked at mummy and said "爸爸 sleep" and do the sleep signing and I closed my eyes. Lately, i like to do the signing act and said it and mummy treat it as communication with me or as play. Mummy will sign and I said it or vice versa. It's fun!

Recently, I like to repeat what mummy said and usually is the last word. For instance, whenever I pooed, mummy will say to me "You poo poo already, smelly, 臭 臭" and i repeat "臭臭”and naughty mummy wants me to see my pooed and said "this is your poo poo, shit" and I will say "shit". Mummy told daddy about it and had a good laugh. Mummy had a headache as how to potty train me. Mummy wants me to have an idea what is "shit" first! ha! ha!

A hard day @Science Centre

Mummy and I had an early outing with Aunt Eileen & sis Kana to S'pore Science Centre for the 1st time. We left home at 9:35am and when reached there, I refused to walk and wanted mummy to carry me as probably i was afraid of the dark environment. Mummy had to carry me and at the same time, carried my diaper bag as didn't bring along my stroller. So mummy asked aunt eileen to have an early lunch at the cafe as mummy hadn't had any breakfast, just a cup of milo. Luckily mummy brought along the chair harness and have her lunch peacefully. I still refused to walk after lunch and mummy no choice, "ergo" me and thought I may want to play with water as there is a "water works" playground. And to mummy's disappointment, I still refused to walk. Sis Kana played with water while i was having my afternoon nap. It is a hard day for mummy! And just before reached home about 2pm, I was fully awoke! Mummy's shoulder ache as had been carried me all the while and smsed daddy that she will not bring me out for outing alone!

Evening I heard someone approaching and quickly rushed towards the door and called out "爸爸”, not once but twice and disappointed it was not daddy :( Mummy smsed daddy about it and daddy jumped with joy and tried to rush back home asap!

While going out for their dinner and as usual i like to look at the lift no. and said no. "19" clearly. Both dad and mum heard it too with joy :)

playdates @sis kana house / weight

Playdates @sis kana's house for the 1st time in the afternoon and aunt eileen asked mummy what is my weight? Mummy said haven't weighed me since and immediately aunt eileen took out a digital weighing machine and i now weighed 11.2kg (increased 1/2kg from previous 10.7kg).
